Planning a first application

  1. What problem and metric are agreed? Which data and permissions are needed?
  2. What does the price include and which recurring costs are excluded? Who reviews errors?
  3. What documentation and training are delivered? How is the solution maintained or exited?

What to check before deciding

The seventh question is what evidence supports promised outcomes. Request scope, period and methodology, and distinguish third-party references from supplier work. Agree a test with representative examples and written acceptance conditions.
