Security defined for your project
Protecting information starts with understanding the data, access and processing locations. These are the decisions we agree before implementing a solution.
01
Appropriate architecture
Local deployments, private clouds or third-party services can be assessed. Each option has dependencies and boundaries to document.
02
Data and permissions
Define authorized sources, role-based access, data minimization and retention periods.
03
Supervision and quality
Evaluate responses and actions with business examples. Sensitive operations need controls and human approval.
04
Technical protection
Encryption, authentication, backups and logs are specified for the infrastructure and contracted scope.
05
Rules and responsibilities
GDPR and the AI Act are regulatory frameworks. Their application requires assessment of the use case and each party’s role.
06
Certifications and standards
ISO 27001, SOC 2 and ENS have specific scopes. A certification is attributed only with an identified holder, validity and verifiable scope.
07
Confidentiality
A confidentiality agreement is a contractual commitment; it does not replace technical controls or prove certification.
08
Documentation before implementation
Agree providers, processing locations, transfer terms, incident procedures and required evidence.
