Adoption requires ownership of business, data, technology and validation. In a small business one person may hold several roles, provided decisions, users and incident responsibilities are clear.

Planning a first application

1. Assign an owner for the process and its indicator.
2. Reserve time to test real tasks and share errors.
3. Document permissions, sources, procedures and escalation.

What to check before deciding

Evaluate whether the team can complete and review a task without depending on the supplier. Training is assessed through exercises and observed use, not attendance alone. Expand when responsibilities and review criteria are established.
