Time tracking and working-time management
Clock in via WhatsApp. Manage attendance in one place.
A custom development connecting clock-ins to daily management: work records, schedules, leave, issues and reports. Each person views their own information, while administrators have a team overview.

From clock-in to management
Your team’s attendance, in view.
The dashboard brings together arrivals, departures, working time and pending items. Its structure reproduces the developed application with demonstration information.

Activity summary and a table per person with morning and afternoon periods, record status, calculation details and corrections.
Interface recreated from the original development. All people, identifiers, times and figures shown are fictional; these images are not connected to employee records.
Development capabilities
A complete process, from clock-in to report.
Eight connected functions to organize records and support review without manually assembling the data.
WhatsApp clock-in
Record arrivals and departures through the messaging channel. The dashboard is used for viewing and management.
Daily overview
See who has clocked in, which days are incomplete and which records need review.
Working-time calculation
Calculate presence, breaks and working time using schedule rules, without relying on an AI model for the arithmetic.
Work calendar
View expected schedules, public holidays and shift planning, including the configured Friday rotation.
Leave and absences
View and manage full-day absences with access controls and a history of changes.
Pending items and issues
Find incomplete clock-ins and items requiring review, with context for each working day.
Traceable corrections
Add a correction with its author, date and reason, retaining the original clock-in and the history of changes.
Excel export
Generate team and individual monthly summaries with workdays, hours, balances, absences and corrections.
Information you can review
From daily records to a monthly summary.
Exports bring attendance calculations together for administrative review. The example view shows expected hours, working hours, balances and issues.

The calculation engine generates Excel files from records, and the dashboard provides downloads. This image recreates the preview with demonstration values.
How it works
A simple channel. Records with context.
Clock-in and monitoring serve different purposes and share the same attendance information.
- 01
Record arrivals and departures via WhatsApp.
- 02
Calculate working time using schedule and break rules.
- 03
Review absences and issues with the relevant permissions.
- 04
View the history and generate monthly team or individual reports.
Each person, their own information
Access to their workdays, records, calendar, leave and reports. Server permissions restrict access to other people’s information.
Administration, a team overview
Team-wide viewing, issue review, authorized absence management and corrections, planning and team reports.
Records and traceability
Supporting compliance through design.
The development includes controls to support attendance recording. Each implementation must define how records are organized, accessed and retained.
Daily records
Individual arrivals and departures, calculation rules and daily views. Article 34.9 of Spain’s Workers’ Statute requires the start and end of working time to be recorded.
Original and history
Corrections are added without replacing the original clock-in. They retain the author, date, reason and previous values for review.
Access and retention
Role-based permissions and exports support authorized access. The employer must retain records for four years and make them available as required by law.
Implementation must include information for employees about the use of their data and verification of retention and access policies. These controls support administration; they do not constitute legal certification of the system.
